One night, I was selling tickets as another\nperson checked names off the guest list, and I started\nchanting, 'I got the tickets and you got the list!' much to the\nannoyance of my co-worker. Later, in rehearsal with the\nband, we tried a few variations, my favorite of which was,\n'You get Jim Backus and I'll get Koresh.' We finally settled\non, 'You get the ankles and I'll get the wrists,' and it evolved\ninto (don't slap me) a song about throwing an externalized\nconception of oneself off a building."\n\nFrom the Slash/Warner Bors. album Ruby Vroom (4/2-45752)\n
